If that information is missing or unreadable, remove the existing filter pad and carefully measure its exact length and width with a tape measure.
The advertised air-cleaner size and the actual filter-pad dimensions are often different. This is normal because the replacement media must fit inside the reusable air-cleaner frame.
For example, a filter sold for a 20×25 air cleaner may have smaller actual dimensions. Always compare the actual measurements of your old filter pad with the actual dimensions listed on the replacement-filter product page.

Make Sure You Order Polarized Filter Media

How to Install a Pristine Air Replacement Filter
Turn off the HVAC system before opening the air-cleaner cabinet. If your Pristine Air unit has a separate power switch, turn it off before handling the reusable frame or electrical components.
Carefully remove the frame and note how the old filter media is positioned. A dirty filter can release dust when moved, so keep it level and place the old media directly into a trash bag when possible.
